This is a long exposure taken on 35mm Fuji Provia slide film from the top of the Water St. parking garage in Charlottesville, VA. Shortly after this photo was taken the garage was locked with My brother, Jeff, my friend, Jon, and myself abandoned inside. We then proceeded to breakout, and get super pumped in so doing.
